ISM Director Stuart Bryan and Deputy Director (Wellbeing) Lindsay Mackenzie-Wright met with all ISM teaching staff today for a school-wide Professional Development session.
Mr Bryan congratulated and thanked teachers for their tremendous commitment and dedication during the past few months. He also outlined the next steps in the ISM re-accreditation journey with the Council of International Schools (CIS), including a number of core priorities for development that the school will be reviewing for the future as part of its strategic planning process. Mrs Mackenzie-Wright then outlined in detail the importance of the revised and updated whole-school behaviour management policy, with the emphasis on promoting school-wide consistency of approach in this important area of student wellbeing, in line with the core values of the school. Thank you to all of our dedicated teachers for their collaboration in this professional development session!
